سطوح حساسیت هلو و شلیل به کپک ابی در سردخانه و ارتباط آن با مواد پلی فنلی

چکیده
در این تحقیق، سطوح مقاومت نسبی 5 ژنوتیپ دیررس ایرانی هلو و شلیل (شمس، انجیری، MHF100,MHF101 و MHF102 ) و 9 رقم تجاری خارجی (سانگلو، نکتارد 4، نکتارد 6، نکتارد 9، جی اچ هیل، رداسکین، رم استار، ایندپندنس) به کپک آبی (penicillium expansum) در شرایط سردخانه و ارتباط آن با غلظت فنل کل بررسی شد. سوسپانسیون اسپور قارچ کپک آبی در قسمت فوقانی میوه تزریق و میوه به سردخانه منتقل و قطر پوسیدگی 6 هفته بعد اندازه گیری شد. مقادیر فنل کل در ارقام مقاوم و حساس اندازه گیری شد.طبق نتایج سطوح مقاومت ار قام به کپک آبی متفاوت بود و سانگلو و شمس مقاوم ترین و حساس ترین ارقام بودند .(P≤0.01) بین مقاومت و فنل کل رابطه معنی دار معکوس مشاهده شد. تنوع معنی داری در مقاومت ارقام هلو و شلیل به کپک ابی وجود دارد. این می تواند تحت تاثیر غلظت مواد فنلی باشد.
Resistance of peach and nectarine cultivars to blue mold and its association with polyphenols

In this research, relative resistance of 5 Iranian genotypes and 9 imported cultivars of peach and nectarine to blue mold (Penicillium expansum) in cold storage and its association with polyphenol concentration were studied.The fugal conidial suspension was used to inoculate the fruits. The inoculated fruits were transferred into cold storage and decay severity measured after 6 weeks. Polyphenol concentration was also determined. Based on result, the resistance level of different cultivars was significantly different and Sunglu and Shams were rated as the most resistant and susceptible cultivars, respectively. A diverse and significant correlation (P≤0.01) was observed between disease resistance and polyphenol concentration. It is concluded that different peach and nectarine cultivars differ in their resistance to blue mold and polyphenols contribute to this resiatance.
